Managed & Professional Services
Capito offers its clients and partners a focussed range of Managed and Professional IT Services.
Capito's Services offering was initally conceived and developed in 2006. Whilst the overall architecture and operating processes continue to evolve they remain true to the original design principles:-
- Improve End-User satisfaction through reducing the occurrence of Incidents and the time-to-fix
- Reduce operational costs through infrastructure transformation and resource centralisation
