Enhancing customer service

Warehouse and Logistics Manager, David Anderson, talks to Van Fleet World about the benefits of implementing vehicle tracking from Trkm8. 

After fitting Trkm8 Prime devices to two of Capito's fleet of vans, David was able to see a number of improvements such as drivers keeping within speed limits and better fuel efficiency.

Not only that, but the ability to keep track of where the vans are at any one time, has also led to improved customer service. David commented, "Being able to give accurate estimated arrival times means that our customers receive an enhanced customer service experience and also enables them to better plan their own days."
