Capito was appointed as the delivery partner for RM Education (one of the UK’s largest suppliers of IT services to the Education sector) to provide deployment services to customer sites across the UK. Consultancy, build and deployment services
Capito built and deployed some 550 devices across various UK sites for this major drinks business.
This project also included Microsoft Consultancy and the disposal of legacy devices.
Building and Deployment services
Capito was in charge of the build and deployment of some 17,000 devices for this local Government organisation which included the disposal of legacy services.
In addition, we provided a hardware Break/Replace service.
Devices Refresh project
Capito has built and refreshed over 500 devices for a leading food business across all of their sites, including home workers.
In addition, we continue to provide an ongoing hardware break/replace service to the company.
Building and Deployment services
Capito was responsible for building and deploying c.13,000 devices across all sites for this 'Blue Lights Service', involving some 500 sites.
This also includes programme management and the provision of scheduling services.
Deploying devices in user client environments
Capito has built and deployed 2000 devices for a major telecoms business in their user client environments, including scheduling users for clinics.
Build and deployment of devices across the UK
Capito managed the build and deployment of around 2100 devices for this utilities company through a clinical laptop environment, as well as the disposal of legacy devices.
In addition, we continue to deliver an ongoing hardware Break/Replace service to the business.
Deploying thousands of devices across multi-sites
Capito has deployed around 23,500 devices for the Ministry of Justice over 150 sites using security-cleared engineers across England and Wales.
This service also includes the disposal of legacy devices.
Deploying, maintaining and recovering devices
Capito provides UK-wide hardware deployment for this major charity across hundreds of sites. Hardware includes PCs, monitors, laptops, tablets and printers.
We also provide ongoing maintenance, recovery and Break/Fix services to the charity.
This healthcare organisation tasked Capito with responsibility for the maintenance service of approximately 12,000 devices, including Break-fix, new builds and installs as well as the disposal of legacy devices.
Consultancy and Deployment services
Capito worked with this local Government organisation to carry out site surveys for asset discovery, as well as providing desktop OS Consultancy.
The project also involved SCCM build and deployment of around 10,000 devices, including tablets across 450 sites.
