G-Cloud 11

Capito is delighted to be a confirmed supplier on G-Cloud 11, the latest iteration of the Government's Digital Marketplace, which went live in July 2019. G-Cloud is a Government framework set up to enable the public sector to procure cloud-based services easily.  

G-Cloud 11 is fully EU compliant, saving customers the time and money associated with conducting their own procurement exercise. Through the competitive tender process and regular benchmarking, the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) ensures customers have access to the most competitive deals.

Lot 1: Cloud Hosting (5 Services)

Capito DRaaS is available in a range of fully scalable managed service solutions that provide offsite protection for both physical and virtual environments. The solution is built on industry leading components from EMC, Zerto, VMware and Cisco, and is backed by Capito’s 24 x 7 support and SLA’s.

Capito's VMware Horizon View Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) platform delivers desktop services direct from our UK based cloud, enabling end user freedom to access business applications anywhere, reducing the overall Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) of desktop estates whilst delivering simplified management and complete control to the IT team.

Capito Managed Cloud Infrastructure is scalable, resilient, secure and fully redundant. Public, Hybrid and Private clouds are built on VMware vSphere in a high availability configuration across a network of data centres. Self-managed or fully managed, supported 24x7, organisations have flexible on-demand access to compute resources.

Simplified, flexible and secure enterprise class offsite cloud backup solutions for critical data built on Asigra & Avamar technology. Intelligent data backup/recovery to securely protect all devices from mobiles to physical/virtual servers and applications. Advanced de-duplication, simple to administer and manage through a central control panel.


Lot 2: Cloud Software (11 Services)

Windows 10 Operating System updated in the Cloud with Windows Information Protection, Windows Hello for Business, Credential Guard, Device Guard, App Locker and Windows Defender Advanced Threat Protection.

The Enterprise E3 Suite includes Office apps and Exchange, Skype for Business, IM, voicemail, video dial-in conferencing, SharePoint collaboration and team sites, OneDrive, Yammer, Enterprise Social Networking, Encryption, DLP, Rights Management) plus Phone System Call Management, PSTN-Conferencing, Business Intelligence, PowerBI-Pro, Delve Analytics, Personal-Org Analytics, Advanced Threat Protection, Advanced Security Management, Customer Lockbox and Advanced eDiscovery.

Cloud Office Productivity Suite includes Office ProPlus, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, co-authoring, Outlook Exchange Email, Skype for Business, Instant Messaging, Voicemail, Video Dial-in Conferencing, SharePoint Collaboration and Teams, OneDrive, Yammer, Enterprise Social Networking, Encryption, Data Loss Protection, Rights Management. 

Plan E1 consists of online versions of Office with Email, Instant Messaging, Video Conferencing and Co-authoring. Anti-virus and AntI-spam, 50Gb Mailbox, 1TB File Storage, HD Video Conferencing, Office Online, Team Sites and Enterprise Social Networking. 

Productivity tools can benefit everyone, including those without a desk or office, like shift or front-line workers, or users who share a PC. Office 365 F1 is designed to provide services to improve communication and collaboration for these workers and now include further features.

Microsoft 365 E5 provides Cloud Productivity and Security. Licensing Suite for Office 365 Enterprise E5, Enterprise & Mobility Suite E5 and Windows 10 Enterprise E5.

Microsoft 365 E3 provides Cloud Productivity and Security. Licensing Suite for Office 365 Enterprise E3, Enterprise & Mobility Suite E3 and Windows 10 Enterprise E3.


Lot 3: Cloud Support (6 Services)

Capito a Microsoft Gold Windows and Devices partner provide an extensive range of Client Build, Virtual Desktop, Windows Desktop Migration services from design to build and desktop rollout. This enables your organization to deliver a modern secure desktop experience to users enabling cloud technologies like Microsoft Office 365.
Capito’s Enterprise cloud based all-client service promotes reliable and fast printing no matter where you are working across the Cloud. Users are able to enjoy efficient cloud printing through their mobile devices, with the ability to print seamlessly over RDP, PCoIP, Extreme Blast or ICA.
Capito provide specialist resources to deliver or assist with all activities relating to managing your applications from request to retirement. We can provide a whole team or just a point solution to suit your needs. Capito gives you the ability to pick and choose from niche application migration services.

Capito supports organisations to adopt the Microsoft Office365 platform with strategy, planning, design, execution, support and adoption services. This end-to-end service embraces the technical infrastructure and configuration services, the design and exploitation of the O365 workloads services, the end user engagement services and the ongoing platform support services.
This Capito service captures real-time data across all your users, machines and applications. You will be provided with a 360° overview of how each user uses their existing Desktop, including historical data around the amount of compute being used, as well as an insight into applications used versus applications installed per user, per device.
