Capito is now a Living Wage Employer!
We are delighted to announce that Capito Ltd is now an accredited Living Wage Employer.
Living Wage accreditation formally recognises and celebrates employers who choose to go further than the government minimum.
The real Living Wage is different to the UK government’s National Living Wage which is not calculated according to what employees need to live on.
Mark Gibson, Capito's Managing Director said: "We got involved with the Living Wage Accreditation to show our commitment to being an ethical employer and ensuring all our employees and contractors are paid at least the Real Living Wage. Ensuring employees are able to earn a wage that allows them a reasonable standard of living is key to helping them provide for their families and giving them a better sense of purpose.
Having the accreditation and displaying the badge demonstrates to current employees our ongoing commitment to this and also allows us to attract new talent to the business.
