Employee Spotlight: Craig Gray

As part of our Employee Spotlight series, here's your chance to get to know Craig Gray, one of our IT Service Desk Analysts.

Before joining Team Capito in December 2020, Craig had worked in IT for more than a decade, providing IT support either in-house or through a managed service provider.  

At Capito, Craig's role is to provide IT solutions and support to our clients.  Each client has unique requirements ranging from resolving basic service desk IT tickets to more complex projects.

Craig's favourite thing about working at Capito is the team.  He finds everyone friendly and helpful, and loves bouncing ideas off of his colleagues.  He also finds the variety of his job interesting, with lots of new challenges on a daily basis.  

Craig greatly appreciates Capito's focus on regular training to keep his skills current and up-to-date.  Cyber security is a particular area of interest for him and he has had a lot of recent hands-on experience in helping clients to recover from cyber breaches.

When not helping our clients to resolve their IT issues, Craig collects vinyl, DJs, and enjoys mountain-biking.  Last year, he took full advantage of Capito's cycle-to-work scheme.  


He also likes to unwind by fishing, gaming on his PS4, walking his mastiff-cross Patch, and spending time with his family.
