Dynamic Purchasing System
The Digital Services - Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is a new framework set up by Scottish Procurement. Commencing on 26th October 2017, DPS was created to provide Scottish public sector and third sector bodies with a quick route to market for Digital Services.
Capito has been awarded a place Lots 1 and 2:
- Lot 1: Digital Projects
This may include (but is not limited to) projects such as digital transformation, user research, content design, service design, testing and training.
- Lot 2: Digital Resources
This may include (but is not limited to) resources such as project/programme managers, systems designers and systems developers.
The DPS framework is available to the following organisations in Scotland:
- Central Government
- Health
- Local Authorities
- Universities and Colleges
- Third Sector (voluntary organisations and charities registered in Scotland)
- Other public bodies
